I want you to love your new art work, and I take great care in shipping to prevent any damage. If you are not 100% satisfied, please notify me within 3 days of receiving the work.
You may return the art in perfect condition in its original packaging for a full refund, minus shipping costs, as shipping costs are non-refundable. You must pay to insure your return for the value of the painting and use a tracking method.
If you picked it up at the studio, you may also drop it off in the packaging.
Once the work is received and inspected, I will send you an email notice of receipt, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 3 business days.
